Banking Holiday
Here's a little slice of "So glad I'm not dating" heaven for this Friday's larf. It's a high end, east v. west coast, parody of Hot Chicks with Douchebags. At least I think it's a parody.
I'm lukewarm on the news of Heathers: The Musical going into PRE pre production.
Belated congratulations to Zach Braff this week for hitting the Cheech and Chong old school stylie. I love his "J face". It's as much evidence as the roach in his hand. I used to love NYC for the "smoking permitted" EVERYWHERE. That was cigarettes and it's no longer like that...*sniff*. It was very European in it's smokability!!
And finally, that's some good work you did out there Jon Stewart. Keeping Jim Kramer's foot to the flame was quite admirable. However, that guy is not a financial journalist, he's a made-his-money-years-before-on-the-net commentator that was hired to entertain. Of course he doesn't give a shit about what he tells proles to do with their money. Especially on TELEVISION. It's like no one's there at all. Ethics? Whatever. People who take their financial advice from a TV show are of questionable intelligence & judgement. If you want to get to the bottom of things, call my man Harry Markopolos. But kudos Jon, you're remarkably close and your chewing ass for millions.
